WHY MICROGRIDS?
Archipelago Engineering, an Aglow Power company, targets the heart of the U.S. Energy Sector by providing turnkey alternate energy generating solutions. Microgrids range from 1MW to 100MW (on average) and typically have a 25 year lifecycle before major upgrades are necessary. Microgrids use very little space, are non-combustible, and qualify for major state and federal economical incentives.

Developing Red Spruce Industrial Park
Red Spruce Industrial Park & Storage will be a Class A flex office/warehouse facility with heavily subsidized electrical and fire alarm quotes for new tenant fit-outs!
Red Spruce is primarily being built to accommodate Aglow’s initiative in diversifying services and pivoting to manufacturing and warehousing capabilities. Because the motivation is to use the facility ourselves, our design and development team is not just interested in lowest building costs, but rather, providing the necessary infrastructure and features that positively benefits all tenants!
